Job Description:
We are currently accepting applications for a future Parts Back Counterman position. In this role, you will be crucial in assisting our service writers and technicians with the parts needed for vehicle servicing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately identifying and sourcing parts for service requests.
- Managing parts inventory and ensuring timely availability of required components.
- Providing expert advice and assistance to service writers and technicians.
- Maintaining organized and efficient parts storage and handling.
- Handling parts-related inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive parts, specifically Toyota/Lexus experience.
- Experience with CDK Dealer Management System is required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
