Tommy’s Express is looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead the team in our brand new location in Cheyenne, WY! Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a consistently great customer experience for all guests and the highest wash quality
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations and align practices to the company’s vision, principles, and policies
- Inspire others and help build a dynamic, strong team through effective coaching, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating of associates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to operations, preventative maintenance, and inventory; collect and enter data and photo/video documentation into a computer system
- Ensure a safe work environment
- Make good decisions to resolve issues quickly and appropriately
- Perform other operations, maintenance and carwash site care duties, as requested
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least one year of successful supervisory experience in guest services, retail and/or the food service industry; carwash experience not required.
- Confidence and desire to work with people to inspire team member development, grow club memberships, and solve problems.
- Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn a point-of-sale system and a variety of applications on both Apple and PC devices.
- Experience in operating a variety of equipment and tools and willingness to learn new mechanical skills.
- Ability to maintain clear and transparent communication, both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to abide by our uniform appearance standards
- Availability to work a flexible schedule based upon project and training requirements.
