Job Opportunity: Sales Manager – Automotive Engine Parts (Aftermarket)
We are an established automotive engine parts aftermarket company, seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for automotive engine parts and a strong track record in sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the engine parts aftermarket and excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive engine parts aftermarket.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of competitors.
- Work with a team of sales professionals to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Consistent & Clear Follow-up is a must.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, ideally in the automotive engine parts aftermarket industry.
- In-depth knowledge of engine components such as pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, valvetrain, etc.
- Heavy Duty knowledge is a plus!
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a sales team to achieve targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel for business within the region.
- Ideal candidate will be located in California or Texas, but not necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role within the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Established relationships with distributors and suppliers in the automotive sector.
