Who we are looking for: We're searching for technicians who are:
- Driven: Always on the lookout for ways to learn and work efficiently.
- Competent: Able to self-assess, take feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Domestic or Foreign vehicles (cars & pickups 1 ton & under).
- Proven experience in diagnostics, electrical systems, A/C, timing belts, head gaskets, suspension, steering, and general vehicle repair.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with punctuality.
- Must provide your own tools.
Job Duties:
- Diagnose and repair various vehicle systems with a focus on efficiency and precision.
- Work independently in a focused environment while contributing to the overall success of the shop and satisfaction of the customers.
- Maintain high standards of quality in all repairs and diagnostics.
Work Schedule:
- 4-day workweek schedule option available (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm).
- No weekend work – enjoy your time off!
Compensation:
- Pay: $32.00 - $80.00 per hour, with weekly pay.
- Most technicians make $1,000+ weekly, with highly efficient techs earning $3,000+ in a week.
