Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct residential and commercial field inspections using smartphone cameras and applications.
- Collaborate with insured individuals, contractors, and adjusters to investigate claims and determine the nature and cause of losses.
- Provide accurate assessments and detailed reports to assigned adjusters, explaining the extent of damage found.
- Utilize photo documentation to complete thorough roof assessments and property condition surveys.
