Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Audi Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service department. If you can diagnose a problem faster than an Audi can go from 0 to 60, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair Audi vehicles—think of yourself as the car whisperer, but with wrenches.
- Perform routine maintenance services; oil changes, brake services, and tire rotations (no, you won’t need a circus act for this).
- Conduct thorough inspections and communicate findings to service advisors—bonus points if you can do it without the use of smoke signals.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed (because "I swear I fixed it" isn’t going to cut it).
- Stay updated on the latest Audi technology and repair techniques—because we all know cars can be a bit temperamental.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow (teamwork makes the dream work, right?).
Qualifications:
- ASE certification or equivalent preferred—because you need to prove you’re more than just a ‘car guy.’
- Previous experience working with Audi or luxury vehicles is a plus (bonus if you can tell the difference between a TT and a Q5 at a glance).
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail (because finding a needle in a haystack isn’t quite as fun with a car engine).
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation—smiles and charm are highly encouraged.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (no joyriding on the job, please).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks (like juggling wrenches—just kidding, please don’t do that).
