**Position Overview:**
The Senior Collision Technician is responsible for guiding and training junior technicians in complex repair tasks. While still engaging in hands-on work, the focus is primarily on overseeing larger or more challenging projects and imparting knowledge to the next generation of technicians.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Mentorship and Training:**
- Provide guidance and support to junior technicians.
- Demonstrate advanced repair techniques and safety protocols.
- Develop training plans to enhance team skills.
2. **Technical Oversight:**
- Assess project complexity and allocate resources.
- Supervise and assist junior technicians during repairs.
- Ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
3. **Collaboration and Communication:**
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless workflow.
- Communicate effectively with customers and management.
4. **Documentation and Compliance:**
- Maintain accurate repair documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in collision repair.
