Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning.
Mix and match paint to ensure color accuracy.
Apply paint using spray guns and other tools, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
Inspect finished work for quality and adherence to specifications.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards.
Some light bodywork may be required or “Start to Finish” jobs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an autobody painter or similar role.
Strong knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques.
Familiarity with various types of paint and finishes.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for color matching.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
