Good Life Motors is expanding! Looking for ONE candidate to lead the detail department through production and quality for "front line" vehicles. This is not an entry level position.
We are seeking the best in the Boise/Nampa market and are willing to invest in him/her! Only the top 3% need to apply. Are you "A" level?
Requirements:
1. Be able to turn out a front-line ready product to our sales department with little to no supervision or training.
2. Oversee and provide support to the detailing staff. We partner with our chemical suppliers to give training to all our detailers to always improve our technician roster and bench strength.
3. You are accountable to the Sales Department for lot walk and QC inspections.

About: Currently we recon and detail 50-60 vehicles per month. This position will pay $25-28 per flat rate hour with all above requirements per vehicle.
The owner is eager to expand very soon and scale the car count.
Currently, we pay 5 hours labor (flat rate) for the full average detail which pictures. So the average pay starts at $125 per car, best in the valley.
