Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Conduct inspections and test drive vehicles to identify problems
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex issues
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Provide accurate auto estimating for repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair
- Knowledge of powertrain systems and components
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use various power tools
- Strong understanding of auto service techniques and methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification from a vocational school or completion of an apprenticeship program in automotive service is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 57 per week
