```Overview```
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. As a window tint Installer here at Texas Tint & Glass, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various systems and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Each Installer and Technician will be paid based on their experience and amount of cars they can get done throughout each day. This is a commission-paid job. When applying please keep in mind that we are looking for experienced installers and technicians only at this time.
```Duties```
- Install and assemble systems and equipment according to specifications
- Test installed systems to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise during installation
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
```Experience```
- Previous experience in installation is a must
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in installation work
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
