Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of vehicles, focusing on both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Diagnose issues using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems based on schematics and manufacturer specifications.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for repairs and installations.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems before they become serious issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic, with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes.
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, engine repair, and schematics is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using various power tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to automotive repair are advantageous.
