The ideal candidate should be able to maintain, repair, and deliver Kia vehicles while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with KIA dealership standards.
- Test-drives KIA vehicles and uses diagnostic tools specific to KIA to test components and systems.
- Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs KIA automotive transmissions and related systems.
- Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so customers are informed of any additional service needed, providing accurate time estimates for additional repairs.
- Executes repairs under KIA warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to KIA-specific technology and hands-on training.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Automotive technician, with Dealership or Independent Shop experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with shop equipment such as diagnostic tools, alignment systems, AC equipment, and lift operation.
- Must be able to read, interpret, and transcribe data to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly customer service.
- A valid driver's license is required.
