YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Our Automotive Service Advisor typically works from Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM . You're responsible for providing excellent customer service while keeping our shop busy and our calendars full.
You speak with customers about their desired services, evaluate warranties, and provide cost estimates for parts and labor.
After accepting a job, you schedule it for when a tech is available. You attentively manage paperwork, update the customer on their vehicle's status, and address any questions or complaints that might come up.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment
- 2-5 years professional experience as a service advisor or Technician
- Knowledge / experience using automotive software programs
Experience in the automotive industry, either as a technician or in the service department, would be preferred. If you're communicative, collaborative, and highly organized, we want to hear from you!
