Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our family business. The ideal candidate will have experience in various automotive repair and maintenance tasks.
Duties
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Conduct diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues
- Repair or replace vehicle parts including brakes, suspension, and exhaust systems
- Perform auto body repairs when necessary
- Inspect and repair shocks, struts, and other suspension components
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively
- Provide exceptional automotive service to customers
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role
- Proficiency in performing oil changes, vehicle maintenance, and auto body repairs
- Ability to weld and fabricate metal components
- Knowledge of suspensions systems including shocks and struts
- Experience in auto estimating for repair costs
- Proficient in using hand tools and automotive service equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $47.00 per hour
