Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Operations Assistant to enhance our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of our auction operations. Duties:
- Provide support for daily operational tasks to ensure an organized and efficient workplace.
- Assist with coordinating logistics, schedules, and event preparations, including set up and take down.
- Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, and setting up equipment and auction items.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and external partners.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and guest assistance to enhance the overall experience.
- Carry out various administrative duties as required to support the team and operations.
Skills:
- Previous experience in a dealership, hospitality, or similar setting is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive.
- Experience with cash register operations and handling transactions is beneficial.
- Experience in guest services or valet parking is a plus.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform hard labor tasks required.
- Must have auction and labor experience OR sales and labor experience

- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected Hours:
- 15 – 40 hours per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Must be able to relocate to Eagle, ID 83616 before starting work (Required)
