POSITION OVERVIEW
Oversees and operates the Quick Lube areas in a professional manner. Supervises and maintains staff to appropriate levels; and assists store manager in operating the store in a safe, profitable, clean, and positive manner. Works closely with Store Manager to achieve overall sales, service, and operational objectives. Also to support the retail business with oil changes, and lubrication services. This position will also support the tire side of the business and will be required to change tires and perform tire services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform Oil changes by manufactures specifications.
Clean or replace filters as needed.
Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
Recommends safety and preventative services to our customers.
Including proper receiving of product into location prior to putting away.
Review procedure, Quick Guide Parts Ordering on Treadnet
Assist with opening and closing of store, including EOD.
End of shift duties completed (cleaning, finishing work, manager approval).
Facility maintenance and clean-up including but not limited to:
Sweeping, empty garbage cans
Assist in organization of all tire and lube shop related supplies.
Parking lot cleaned of debit and/or garbage.
Warehouse Organization to include ensuring like tires are together, inventory is faced, rows are clean and tidy and help ensure the area stays safe for operating.
Maintains a high level of cleanliness of your workspace including bay areas, Commercial Tire Vehicles, and customer vehicles.
Shuttle and/or customer courtesy driver.
Assist with phone and counter duties as needed.
Ensures that customer satisfaction and communication is of the utmost importance.
Completes all training as assigned.
Other duties as assigned to include but not limited to: Work in Tire area, Assist with Alignments, work on the alignment rack, communicate with others the results of alignment tests.

QUALIFICATIONS – Unless indicated otherwise, these are required.
High school diploma equivalent (preferred).
Demonstrated desire for mechanical work.
Experience in a vehicle maintenance shop (preferred).
Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record.
Regular attendance and punctuality are required and are an essential job function
