Your Key Responsibilities as a Master Technician
· Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of Euro and Domestic vehicles, with a key focus on German car brands.
· Troubleshoot and identify issues efficiently using advanced diagnostic tools.
· Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
· Collaborate with team members to meet service deadlines and maintain a high standard of quality.
Qualifications:
· 3-5 years’ experience as a technician in a Euro/Domestic shop environment.
· Strong diagnostic, problem-solving skills and climate control understanding.
· Strong drivability diagnostics – must be able to diagnose transmission concerns, misfires, driveline concerns and cooling/ac concerns.
· Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
· Experience using an oscilloscope.
· Ability to understand evaporative systems, secondary air systems, charge pressure control systems, electric power steering systems, abs/traction control systems and suspension control systems.
· Understand suspension geometry and be able to identify bent or damaged suspension components.
· Familiarity with Euro and Domestic vehicle systems and components.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
