We are paying 88% per each load, 12% covers dispatch and accounting fees.
No forced dispatch, you are free to choose where you run.
Live loads, mostly auto parts, at the moment those go up to 3$ per mile.
Week is calculated Monday to Monday, you will receive weekly statement on Wednesday and money is on your account on Friday morning. We are not holding your paycheck!
Deductions:
Truck payment: 600$ per week on 3 years contract
Trailer rent: 280$ per week
Cargo insurance: 285 per week
Occupational insurance: 180$ per month
ELD service: 100$ per month
Fuel cards with 20c per gallon discount.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a variety of trucks, including tractor-trailers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and tankers
- Transport goods and materials to and from specified locations
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in proper working order
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding transportation and safety
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members
Skills:
- Proficient in automotive repair and maintenance
- Experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
- Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts, as needed
- Familiarity with tanker operations and safety protocols
- Knowledge of dump truck operations and procedures
- Experience driving tractor-trailers for long-haul freight transportation
