As the Quick Lane Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our oil change service department. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of skilled technicians, ensuring top-notch customer service, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety. Your leadership will be key in upholding our tradition of quality and community-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the oil change service center team, including scheduling, and training
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and effective problem resolution.
- Oversee the daily operations of the service center, including workflow management, inventory control, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and enhance overall productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of service orders, technician performance, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and support dealership-wide initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve service quality.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in automotive service management, preferably in an oil change or lube center environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of automotive systems, maintenance procedures, and industry standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with service management software and inventory systems.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
