Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on diesel engine repair and GM vehicles.
Duties
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues accurately and efficiently
- Conduct inspections and test drive vehicles to assess their performance
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs
- Work on various automotive systems, including powertrain and electrical systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly
Skills
- Proficiency in automotive repair and maintenance
- Experience with diesel engine repair and GM vehicles preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records
