Leith VinFast in Cary, NC is seeking a skilled and motivated EV Technician to join our team. As a VinFast Dealer Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, reporting issues identified on customer cars, and prepping and servicing used cars and trade-in vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair VinFast vehicles efficiently and accurately with guidance from Technical Support and posted TSB.
- Report and document issues identified on customer vehicles via Manufacturer Portal.
- Prep and service used cars and trade-in vehicles to meet dealership standards.
- Utilize CDK/ADP systems for documentation and recording of work times and thorough description of work performed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Work independently as a self-starter, while also being able to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Multitask and manage time efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CDK/ADP
- Prior EV experience preferred.
