Sparkling Image is now hiring! We are looking for a C-Store Assistant Manager to add to our team in Malden, MA area! This is an exciting position to operate our Sparkling Image C-Store.
Sparkling Image Car Wash is one of the nation’s largest full-service car wash companies, operating full-service car washes, detail centers & lube centers under Sparkling Image, Eager Beaver and Sparkling Image Express Oil Change brands.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers
- Oversee and manage daily operation of the total operations with profit and loss responsibility
- Assisting in routine paperwork, making daily deposit, receiving, etc
- Responsible for overall store safety, cleanliness, employee orientation, performance management, training, and inventory
We are looking for candidates who:
- Desire to manage high volume activity in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Exercise hands on leadership
- Have a strong desire to drive revenue through customer service concepts
Job Qualifications:
- Desire and drive to learn new concepts
- Minimum of 3 years' experience of management experience
- Retail / Gas experience preferred
- Set goals and make things happen
- Experience in a position that dealt with customer’s face to face
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong work ethic and motivation
- A valid state driver’s license
- Requires working on weekends
- Must be 21+ to apply
