Sparkling Image is now hiring! We are looking for a C-Store Assistant Manager to add to our team in Malden, MA area! This is an exciting position to operate our Sparkling Image C-Store.

Sparkling Image Car Wash is one of the nation’s largest full-service car wash companies, operating full-service car washes, detail centers & lube centers under Sparkling Image, Eager Beaver and Sparkling Image Express Oil Change brands.

Job Responsibilities:

Safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers
Oversee and manage daily operation of the total operations with profit and loss responsibility
Assisting in routine paperwork, making daily deposit, receiving, etc
Responsible for overall store safety, cleanliness, employee orientation, performance management, training, and inventory

We are looking for candidates who:

Desire to manage high volume activity in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Exercise hands on leadership
Have a strong desire to drive revenue through customer service concepts

Job Qualifications:

Desire and drive to learn new concepts
Minimum of 3 years' experience of management experience
Retail / Gas experience preferred
Set goals and make things happen
Experience in a position that dealt with customer’s face to face
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Strong work ethic and motivation
A valid state driver’s license
Requires working on weekends
Must be 21+ to apply
