Job Responsibilities
- Support the management and team by providing customer relations support, receiving/directing incoming calls, answering inquiries and providing follow-up to customers in regards to repair information.
- Maintain an organized database and updated filing system to assist management.
- Schedule insurance claims appointments and act as a liaison between insurance companies.
- Organization and coordination of repair orders.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong multi-tasker with exceptional time management skills.
- Strong communication skills
