What will you be doing?
- Be attentive and provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer concerns and keep customers abreast of vehicle status.
- Work with technicians and make recommendations to customers.
- When appropriate, present a maintenance program that will fit the customer's needs.
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
- Represent Toyota of Jackson’s stellar reputation in a polished and professional manner.
- Have fun!
We are seeking candidates with
- Experience as an automotive Service Advisor.
- Toyota or Lexus brand experience, a plus!
- Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.
- An understanding of the mechanical and technical components of an automobile.
- Computer proficiency. (Our DMS is CDK.)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player
- Polished and professional
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
