Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services, primarily oil changes, while ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and have experience with hand and power tools, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of our service operations. Must be able to report to work on time.
Duties
- Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance tasks on vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for any signs of wear or damage and recommend necessary repairs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle needs.
- Assist with tire services, including rotations and replacements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Keep accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance.
- Experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with oil change procedures and tire services.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely.
- Excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is required.

Pay: $850.00 - $1,000.00 per week
