MAACO Collision Repair and Auto Painting in Phoenix & Tempe, AZ is looking for experienced Auto Body Detailers. Candidates must be able to work at production shop pace and be able to demonstrate concern for quality.
We are busy, well established automotive body and paint facilities located at:
- 1992 E University Dr, Tempe
- 2222 W Deer Valley Rd, Phoenix
- 2124 E Van Buren Rd, Phoenix
- 541 6th Street, Prescott
We provide a full range of services and repairs specializing in both fleet, retail and insurance work.
Requirements
* Must be at least 18-years old.
* Be able to work within production schedules and deadlines.
* Must be reliable, thorough, trustworthy and detail-oriented with strong oral communication skills and work ethic.
* Must be punctual and organized with a strong sense of time management.
* Willingness to follow instructions, knowledge of shop safety, and be an effective team player.
* Have a clean driving record, license, reliable transportation and legal working status.
Experience in automotive Body Sanding & Prepping is a plus.
Monday-Friday / 8:00-5:00 - $15-$17/Hour
$1000 Signing Bonus. The bonus will be fully awarded when the employee has completed at least 120-days of continuous work with our company and the remaining bonus conditions have been met.

This could provide a 'fast track' learning curve for those who wish to pursue a career in the auto paint industry but don't want to pay big bucks to attend a technical training school!
