Summary:
the Service Advisor acts as liaison for Service Technicians and customers. Our associates are our most valuable resource and growth is encouraged through diligence, teamwork & creativity. In this position, you’ll be able to get out from behind the desk and play an active role in providing our customers with great customer relations. As a Service Advisor you would explain the Technician’s recommendations and suggest services to keep the customer’s vehicle in top condition.

Pay Scale:
Base Hourly rate of $16.50, with substantial commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintains contact with federal, state, and/or local government agencies and utilities to secure fleet business, actively utilizing the bidding process.
- Solicits commercial fleet accounts.
- Ensures quality deliveries of all service fleet sales.
- Supplies service department manager with monthly forecasts of commercial/fleet car and truck sales
- Follows up on dealership payment for delivered fleet and commercial account vehicles routinely.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Attends managers meetings as requested.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Expectations:
- Must have basic knowledge of cars and maintenance.
- Meet and exceed manufacturer CSI requirements.
- Must have customer service experience
- Strong character and work ethic
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals
- Dependable, responsible Team Player with a positive attitude
- Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently
