Job description
The Body Shop Manager is the leadership position for all body shop personnel. Responsible for shop operational performance, customers, and shop organization. The Manager is experienced in the industry, understands all elements of the repair process including insurance industry guidelines, and focuses on delivering superior customer service. The Manager cultivates an environment that ensures growth and developmental opportunities for all teammates.
Responsibilities & Duties
· Responsible for operational performance (exceeding KPI’s), customers (exceeding expectations), and shop organization
· Experienced in the industry, understands all elements of the repair process including insurance industry guidelines.
· Cultivating an environment that ensures growth and developmental opportunities for all teammates
· Ensures they have the right talent in place and continually looking for upgrade opportunities
· Lead the team in production goals by setting team direction to maximize sales and profitability targets
· Holds team accountable for outstanding customer service
· Educates and trains the teammates of the shop and customers about the collision repair process according to the standards established by I-CAR and OE vehicle manufacturer
· Oversee the repair processing, refinish techniques, parts options and repair time schedules
· Reinforces the understanding of technical knowledge
· Solid understanding of estimating procedures and system
· Ensure estimates are created in accordance with insurance company guidelines and accepted industry standards
· Oversees the daily process ensuring everyone in accountable for meeting daily objectives
· Measures quality standards by inspecting both in-process repairs and pre-delivered repairs
· Perform quality control checks before and after the vehicle is painted and conducts quality control checks before delivery of vehicle owner
· Maintain relationships with all key business relationships, insurance companies and vendors
· Excels in a competitive environment, maintains positive attitude while instilling the same in others
· Ensures safety and compliance regulations are adhered to according to company standards
· Coach and develop teammates for future growth in the company
· Assigns labor

Qualifications
· Basic knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· CCC Estimating System (required)
· Effective oral and written communications skills
· Self-starter who is highly organized
· Able to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
· Auto body Industry: 5 years (Required)

Salary Commensurate with experience and will be a base plus incentive

Pay: $74,018.00 - $84,401.00 per year
