We are looking for a certified and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of automotive systems and components, as well as the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of issues. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently while adhering to safety standards and customer service expectations. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:
- Identifies mechanical problems, either visually or with computer diagnostic equipment.
- Performs tests on specific parts and systems to confirm proper mechanical function; ensures that all critical parts are examined.
- Performs routine and preventive maintenance, including oil changes and tune-ups.
- Repairing or replacing all parts of a vehicle including wheels, axles, defective ball joints, suspension and brake systems and components; diagnosing, installing and repairing HVAC systems and servicing components such as compressors, condensers, and controls; and testing electronic computer components in automobiles to ensure that they are working properly.
- Repairs or replaces malfunctioning parts and systems, such as brake pads, belts, water pumps, transmissions, and other mechanical parts.
- Performs further tests, which may include test driving the vehicle, to ensure repairs are completed correctly.
- R and R: transmission and engines.
- Maintain an organized and neat work area.
- Shop will provide specialty tools, but mechanic should have own tools.
