The Avalos Tint film installer is a vital part of our team, responsible for providing top-notch tinting services to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the high standards of our brand. The role involves thorough cleaning, installation , and finishing with both the interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, producing a detailed and clean appearance.
In addition to direct detailing work, this position also entails monitoring, tracking, and maintaining our inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring they are always adequately stocked, organized, and ready for use.

Competencies for Automotive Tinting at Avalos Tint
- Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on the task at hand and ensure all aspects of the vehicle detailing process are meticulously executed.
- Organizational Skills: Aptitude for keeping the workspace and inventory system tidy and well-organized, facilitating smooth operations.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers, providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or queries.
- Time Management: Capability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and complete all detailing work within specified timelines.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of various auto detailing techniques, tools, and products. Although prior experience is preferred, willingness to learn is equally important.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an auto tinting role is preferred.
- Experience in inventory management or a related field will be an added advantage.
- New graduates from relevant vocational training programs who show strong potential may also be considered.
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of the tools, techniques, and products used in auto detailing or tinting.
- Ability to use relevant equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements
- The position requires physical strength to lift and carry equipment or supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. It also involves continuous standing, bending, stooping, and stretching for extended periods.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Ability to meet targets and hit individual metrics on a daily basis.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients.
- Deliver timely reporting on success to department leaders and business owners.

- Solid communication skills to effectively deal with various levels of management, staff, and/or outside clients.
- Sense of urgency -able to function in a high-demand and fast-paced environment.
