General Service Technician (Lube & Tire Technician)

The General Service Technician's role entails keeping up with the fast paced environment of a service shop and follow all instructions/duties handed down by the Service Manager or Store Manager. They are flexible and adaptable to constant change in the work environment and willing to help wherever needed.

Specific Duties:

Must efficiently perform oil changes, filter replacements and tire services
Must efficiently perform tire/wheel installation, balancing, rotation and repairs in compliance with company policies, procedures and "Quality Standards"
Must maintain a positive attitude at all times; communicate and work effectively with customers, co-workers and managers
Assist in maintaining shop appearance and safety standards and ensure the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing general functions throughout the shop. General functions required but no limited to: sweeping/mopping floors and parking lots, cleaning restrooms, cleaning showrooms, painting, etc
Must be flexible with work hours, days off and locations as assigned by management

Competitive pay based on experience and ASE Certifications. Hourly base + Flat Rate Bonus

Drivers License Preferred but not Required
