Store Manager
The Store Manager is responsible for maximizing the efficiency, revenue and productivity of the retail location and achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Store Managers are responsible for ensuring team members have a safe and comfortable work environment and ensuring that all company policy and procedures are followed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Oversee the daily operations of the Ted Wiens location he/she is assigned to, ensuring all company policies and procedures are being followed.
- Delegate work/assigned duties to staff and oversee to completion.
- Maintain proper staffing, training, discipline and termination as needed.
- Managing and addressing staff questions and issues in a prompt and effective manner.
- Manage store profitability by planning, analysis and budgeting. Must be able to meet projected goals set by management and all deadlines as it pertains to administrative tasks including, but not limited to:
- Payroll
- Daily sales paperwork
- Approval of vendor bills
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle all complaints in a prompt and fair manner.
- Ensure all OSHA and company safety standards are adhered to and the location is run in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with Ted Wiens' company policies, procedures and "Quality Standards".
- Must attend all management, safety and staff meetings as arranged by management.
- Any and all other duties as assigned by management.
Competitive pay based on experience. Drivers License Required.
Base Salary + Bonus
