- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair processes
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for service writing
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
