Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician, or solid general technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive mechanical knowledge and expertise in automotive service. This role requires a strong background in automotive repair and a minimum experience of eight years required. As well as the ability to interpret schematics and troubleshoot complex issues. Must have own tools, scan tool recommended, clean Arizona drivers license, ASE certifications a plus. Five day work week, paid holidays and vacation time.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on vehicles, both foreign and domestic.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to conduct repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly about vehicle conditions and repair options.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
Experience
- Proven experience as a mechanic or technician in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance practices, powertrain systems, and mechanical components.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics related to automotive systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $37.50 - $42.50 per hour
