Equipment Service Technician
Desert Booth Service is a growing auto collision equipment, sales, service, and installation company looking to add an Equipment Service Technician to our already outstanding crew.
Equipment Service Technician’s primary focus is on one of two area’s the diagnostic repair, service and installation of auto paint spray booths or Car-O-Liner collision repair equipment, including welders, frame racks, measuring machines, rivet guns and dent repair tools.

Requirements:
- Must possess valid Arizona Driver’s License and personal transportation
- Ability to perform trade-related duties in a safe, professional manner
- Willing to work days, evening or weekend shifts as workload requires, sometimes with minimal notice
- Willing to travel across Arizona and Clark County Nevada. Overnight or multi-night stays are required
- Willing to work from heights of up to 30 ft from ladders, lifts, etc.
- Must be a self-starter, work alone when necessary, and self-coordinate workload using established priorities
- Must establish and maintain effective professional relationships
- Must be coachable and able to follow detailed verbal and written instructions
- Able to attend periodic out-of-state trainings
Other qualifications desired but not required:
- Experience in basic heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) trade including operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems
- Auto collision repair experience or related field
- Ability to read and work from blueprints and schematics
- Experience with hydraulic equipment
- Knowledge of electrical single and three phase power systems
Other Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may be required to lift and carry up to 65 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds with assistance. The employee is frequently required to move about the Market. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods of time, including driving long distances. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Job Site Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is regularly exposed to fume or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat, wet and/or humid conditions, and extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
Salary Schedule: Company’s job title placement range
