About the Role:
As a Body Technician at NETWORK COLLISION, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. You will work with a team of professionals to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be critical in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. We are looking for a specific individual to help us continue to grow. Being able to wear multiple hats and team first mentallity will be a must.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a vocational or technical program in auto body repair
- At least 2 years of experience in auto body repair
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred** Qualifications:
- ICAR Certification in auto body repair
- Experience with computerized estimating systems
- Experience with aluminum repair
- Experience with all vehicle repair
Responsibilities:
- Performing body repairs on damaged vehicles, including frame straightening, welding, and panel replacement
- Preparing vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
- Painting vehicles to match the original color and finish
- Inspecting completed repairs to ensure that they meet quality standards Maintaining a clean and organized work area
