We are a fast-growing Aftermarket Custom Wheels, Tires and Automotive service company with a strong retail and online sales presence. We are searching for new candidates to help us with our growing business. We have been in business for over 14 years and are a respected and well-known shop within San Diego. Due to our success and rapid growth we offer plenty of opportunity for a bright talented individual to move up within our ranks. We are currently looking to fill a full-time position for a highly motivated sales representative/Service advisor for our retail sales division. In house training is provided.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Interface with customers on telephone, process sales orders, provide answers to questions regarding Automotive services, and tires and Wheels.
* Greet and assist Walk in customers with their Tire, Wheel and service needs.
*Conduct Vehicle inspection walk thrus and recommend and Upsell needed Automotive services
*Order Parts needed for services sold by shopping best value (Quality & Price).
* Assign work to techs to ensure services/repairs are completed in time promised
*Process returns for parts not needed or canceled orders
* Manage and Track Automotive parts Inventory related to repair services ie. Brakes, Suspension etc.
* Supervise and assist in Shop operations as needed.
* Resolve customer service related issues as needed.
* Make follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure all their needs are met.
* A Focus towards providing excellent service, respect and courtesy to fellow team members, vendors, and customers.
Desired Skills but not limited to:
* Be a quick learner while having a good ability to take direction and instructions.
* Experience in automotive service sales/advisor
* Have Automotive knowledge required for position
* Be mechanically inclined
* Basic knowledge of computers and basic operations.
* Neat and Detail oriented.
* ASE C1-Automobile Service Consultant Certification (Preferred, Not required)
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years Automotive Service Advisor/Sales experience
-Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Valid Driver’s License
- Fluent in English
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (Some Saturdays also depending on needs). First 90 days will be probationary to ensure your employment is a correct fit for our company.
Compensation: Starting pay $18 to $30/hour (Depending on experience) plus commission and monthly bonuses. (Average Sales rep makes $55k to $80k a year). Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance benefits. 401K plan with a company match (Complete Details prior to start of employment). 6 paid Holidays annually and 13 PTO days (19 Total). Paid holidays start after 30 days of employment and PTO accrual after 90 days. Semi Annual Bonuses based on performance. Paid Training.
