Job Summary:
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive and/or diesel services and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customer concerns and advising on the best solutions
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
- Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely repairs
- Educate customers on recommended maintenance and services for their vehicles
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and obtain necessary approvals
- Maintain detailed records of service appointments, repairs, and customer interactions
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience in oil changes, tire services, vehicle maintenance, and air brake systems
- Knowledge of auto body repair, transmission systems, and auto estimating
- Strong sales skills to recommend additional services or products to customers
- Excellent customer service skills to build trust and rapport with clients
- Ability to work collaboratively with mechanics and technicians
