The role - your passion
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- You lead the exterior and interior cleaning of our campers
- You explain and hand over our campers to the customers
- You put a smile on our customers' faces when they pick up and return their camper and make their roadsurfer journey unforgettable
- You manage the payment processes and check in rental payments and collect security deposits
- You support our station team with all daily tasks and make sure that our #happyroadsurfers leave the yard happy
- You work hand in hand with the Station Manager on the daily operations and customer satisfaction
- You are a self-starter and able to lead the team and station operations in the absence of the Station Manager
What you need to surf the wave with us
- You know the value in being brutally hands-on to get the job done and lead a hand to support the business needs
- Experience in providing customers with world class customer service
- Valid State of CA Class C driving license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be at least 18 years of age
WORK CONDITIONS
- Station Hours: Monday through Sunday 9am – 6pm with open availability on weekends mandatory
- Job Type: Hourly, Part Time-Pay Range: $22.00 to $27.00
- Working mostly outdoors
- Ability to lift and move at least 25lbs+
