Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in off road accessory and lift kit installs, with the ability to work on various vehicle types, including GM, Ford, Toyota, and Jeep vehicles. This role requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance. Our customers expect a high end product with attention to detail. The shop is a fun and exciting family oriented environment.
Duties
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair automotive issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Install Lift Kits
- Align wheels and perform suspension work as needed.
- Provide accurate auto estimating for repairs and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with others
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive repair, with a focus on vehicle maintenance and diagnostics.
- Familiarity with suspension design and geometry is a plus.
- Suspension Installations, Electrical Accessory Installs, Body work
- Experience working with off-road vehicles is preferred.
- Knowledge of welding and fabricating is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to automotive systems.
