$13-$16 per hour

Automotive Lube Technician Requirements:
- First priority of Lube Technicians and all HONEST-1 employees is to deliver outstanding customer service with respect to retaining company profitability.
- At least 1 year of Lube Technician experience
Automotive Lube Technician Responsibilities:
- Maintain steady flow of work through lube bays.·
- Maintain stock for quick service parts.
- Service lube equipment first of each month.
- Assist automotive technicians with their work as needed.
- Make sure all work is done correctly and on time.
- Do whatever is needed to ensure quality & prompt customer service.
- Recommend needed maintenance & service to customers. (Never over-sell or recommend services not needed.)
- Help maintain automotive shop cleanliness. (Including equipment, lunch & bathrooms.)
- Clean automotive lube area daily.
- Wash automotive shop once a week.
- Lock and secure all automotive vehicles staying overnight.
- Help maintain a safe working environment.
- Must keep a clean personal appearance.
- Continue to develop new skills & knowledge.
- Do not attempt to repair something you are not sure about. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. We are all learning every day. We want to ensure the vehicle is properly repaired the first time, customer satisfaction & loyalty depends on this.
- Make sure all automotive vehicles leave the shop free of dirty hand and foot prints.
