Pay:

Pay ranges of $100,000 - $135,000

Salary
Plus Commission of 2% of sales

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to all of our customers
Assess damage and provide an accurate estimates
Manage scheduling of customer repairs
Order parts and schedule sublet repairs to effectively meet deadlines
Tracking Part Margins accurately to help maintain profitability
Work with Store Manager to meet deadlines and maintain a 5 star experience
Protect the integrity of the business
Oversee vehicle repairs

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license/reliable transportation
Positive attitude and good work ethic
Ability to write estimates/repair orders

Schedule:

Typically 8am – 5pm; Monday – Friday (Full Time)
