Job Responsibilities :

As an HVAC Service Technician , you will :

Perform Comprehensive HVAC Service & Maintenance Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently for our customers.
Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues Identify technical problems within HVAC systems, develop solutions, and perform quality repairs to meet high standards.
Communicate with Customers Provide clear and professional updates on HVAC system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Assist with Upsell Opportunities Identify additional needs during service calls and offer upsell recommendations to customers, coordinating with the sales team as necessary.
Maintain Detailed Service Records Accurately record all service and repair activities in ServiceTitan for seamless tracking and follow-up.
Stay Informed on Industry Advancements Regularly participate in training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

Experience in HVAC Service & Repair 2+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.
Strong Customer Service Skills Proven ability to engage with customers professionally and courteously.
