Job Responsibilities :
As an HVAC Service Technician , you will :
- Perform Comprehensive HVAC Service & Maintenance Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently for our customers.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues Identify technical problems within HVAC systems, develop solutions, and perform quality repairs to meet high standards.
- Communicate with Customers Provide clear and professional updates on HVAC system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist with Upsell Opportunities Identify additional needs during service calls and offer upsell recommendations to customers, coordinating with the sales team as necessary.
- Maintain Detailed Service Records Accurately record all service and repair activities in ServiceTitan for seamless tracking and follow-up.
- Stay Informed on Industry Advancements Regularly participate in training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications :
- Experience in HVAC Service & Repair 2+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.
- Strong Customer Service Skills Proven ability to engage with customers professionally and courteously.
