Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and possess strong organizational skills. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their parts needs, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory control. Your expertise in automotive repair and retail math will help provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular stock checks.
- Utilize CDK and OEM software tools for order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure all parts are correctly labeled, organized, and stored in accordance with dealership standards.
- Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and automotive repair techniques.
- Support the dealership’s operational goals through effective communication and teamwork.
Experience
- Previous experience in a parts department or automotive dealership is required.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse customer base.
- A background in automotive repair is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
