Service advising is so much more enjoyable when you're working with happy customers who choose to be here. As a service advisor at Oceanside Motorsports I'm responsible for 10-15 cars a week. We run with a high average repair order so we can spend the time creating a relationship and truly listening to each customer. We are all about quality and even though we work our asses off - we're not a high volume shop so the chaos is controllable.
Responsibilities:
- Promote value in the services needed on customers vehicles.
- Manage workflow from customers appointment made to customer picking up vehicle.
- Create estimates and educate customers on work needed.
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience.
- Valid drivers license.
- Full time Monday through Friday availability
