Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, (phone, email, text, or in person)
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries in a prompt.
- Effectively communicate and work with co-workers
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Perform knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Stay current on all required HR and Mazda Product training.
Requirements:
- Vehicle sales or customer service experience
- Valid CA driver's license
- Valid CA sales license
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and demeanor
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals
- At least one year of progressive work experience
The Representative Position has a Pay Scale comprising the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Monthly Compensation of between $4,200 - $15,000. The position may also pay commission compensation of up to 30% of the front-end gross and 5 % of the finance gross.
