Responsibilities
- Perform automotive diagnostic testing to identify vehicle issues.
- Accurately document and record all work performed on the repair order under supervision.
- Use Digital Vehicle Inspections to document your diagnoses and findings and communicate the results to the Service Advisor.
- Collaborate with the Service Advisor to provide clear and helpful information about labor and parts for the recommended repairs. Your input ensures the customer receives accurate and transparent estimates while maintaining a smooth repair process.
- Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor regarding necessary adjustments and additional work to keep the customer informed and satisfied.
- Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance on various vehicle components.
- Utilize hand and power tools efficiently to complete tasks.
- Repair automotive electrical systems and resolve related issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in all automotive service procedures.
- Conduct road tests of vehicles as required.
- Perform any additional related duties as assigned by the service manager or advisor.

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
